A mentor-led HR Practitioner Certification Program — intense, modular, and tailored to your organisation's HR cohort. HR LEAP equips practitioners with design thinking, cognitive tools, and agile frameworks to build HR solutions that make genuine business sense.

100 hours across 4 months — online and weekend sessions, 8–10 hours per week
Builds capabilities across six pillars: Talent Strategy, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Talent Development, Talent Enablement, and Business HR
Covers Foundation and Advanced levels within each pillar — from manpower planning and job analysis through to industrial relations, labour codes, and M&As
Capstone project — participants solve real business challenges using what they've learned, with mentored support throughout
Application-based learning — participants are mentored for life and stay connected to the InvokHR practitioner network post-program
