Vipin Arora is a seasoned professional with nearly three decades of extensive experience across corporate and consulting domains. His expertise encompasses HR strategy, Total Rewards, Start-up advisory, board representation, and Angel investing. Renowned for his ability to merge strategic vision with practical execution, Vipin is a trusted partner for businesses navigating complex talent and organizational challenges.

Vipin’s corporate journey includes prominent leadership roles at esteemed organizations such as Resideo, Honeywell, IBM, Global Vantedge, Case New Holland Tractors, and Siel Limited. During his corporate tenure, he managed diverse and complex assignments, including setting up greenfield projects, HR transformation, Total Rewards, Mergers and Acquisitions (M&A) across the APAC region. In his consulting career, Vipin has led transformative projects such as:

• Driving acquisition processes for a US-based company, including due diligence and integration with the parent company  
• Managing rewards as a fractional Regional Rewards Head across APAC countries for a leading US MNC
• Establishing HR departments/frameworks for many start-ups and supporting in scaling-up phases.
