We have worked with Vipin and InvokHR for the last 1 year and done some interesting HR consulting services. First one was “Pay Equity Audit”- this was to do a benchmarking with external companies and also internal gender pay parity. We got a very detailed report, which was very helpful in taking corrective steps. There was also a presentation made to the board members, which was extensive and in detail. This helped us tackle questions on pay parity and market benchmarking. The other study was to do an “HR Policy Audit”. They conducted a detailed audit of our policies and shared their findings based on market practice, legal considerations and industry benchmarks. We have made many policy changes basis this feedback.
